Basic purchase considerations:
It was important for me in the first place that a CI module the Sky programs would be able to decrypt that I receive via cable Germany. Negligible were for myself the private channels. Since I have this - if at all - only incidentally look, I do not receive them in high or even high quality.
Selection of the appropriate module:
Since I have the D02 card from cable Germany and I have experienced in various forums that the relatively preigünstige AlphaCrypt Light module would be perfectly adequate for the Sky channels, I decided quite quickly to buy.
Assessment of quality:
The module does what it is supposed to do: It decrypts the Sky programs and also supplies numerous public broadcaster. All together in a very good digital and partly in high quality (various Sky channels in HD or eg Das Erste HD).
Conclusion:
The module works very well. My old HD receiver I could mothball, on a few cables I could do without, the receiver's remote has migrated in the cabinet -> all claims have been satisfied = I am completely satisfied.
To complain about is that the module is indeed with several advertising flyers arrived but without operating or installation instructions with me. Sure, this thing is pretty self-explanatory, and I am so far technically up to date, that I had no problems during commissioning the module ... but what is true for me, does not have to apply to everyone ... so point deduction in my Appreciation.
