Watch out! I've already lost a fingertip. These knives are "razor-sharp" in the truest sense of the word. Great knife to cut tomatoes into thin slices. Or a bun cut open. The knives are daily with me several times in use. Even my son takes it thinly to tomatoes for a sandwich cut open. The knife I always pack in the dishwasher and they are nevertheless still as sharp as on the first day. Toll I find the colored handles. This I find my "tomato knife" always at first glance and must not dig long into the knife drawer.
