Received quickly fitted and tested immediately.
No problem reading or writing.
As was to replace one that dropped me, I used the screws of the latter.
To connect the IDE PATA my motherboard to the SATA connector, I used the adapter that I bought earlier in anticipation of such replacement (Connectland AD-TO-SATA-IDE-SATA HDD Adapter to AS330 Metal IDE).
