Skeptical 4

I just finished this book and I must say that as I can find this book helped me to see more clearly, as I found it "clutter"
I note for the negative:
_The Familiarity of the author, which I think is inappropriate.
_The Speaking of soul and reincarnation. I confess to being skeptical of a person in nature. And in my opinion, I find a bit farfetched to say that is reincarnated several times to heal our wounds.
_The Fact to say that our cause diseases (eg cancer) .And that there are big heart for families, diabetics, it is because-nobody has healed his wounds in the family that they are transmitted to their children.
If one assumes that the author can achieve cure these injuries there doing a job on us even in this case we can therefore heal us even cancer that was caused? So the treatments are useless basically if we always share this principle, you see where I'm coming from?
The most hilarious for me was to read that if you have a big saddlebags it is because there is not one of the 5 wounds healed in us which therefore affects our body. I think it is really from afar.
I believe that these allusions wastes a little book which nevertheless in good ideas and make us see clear about the masks we all wear everyday. The author can sometimes be so just in its descriptions of behavior, that is disturbing.
However, this is a good book, I take what I need because I do not agree with everything the author tells us. And I know that reading this book helped me understand where did some of my behaviors.
However I do not know if I would recommend this book to everyone.
