Super compact with manual controls and RAW, Touchscreen

I was looking for a truly compact camera to complement the Canon 60D DSLR. The S110 is really compact (only 27mm "thick"), but still has a 5x zoom range. Important to me were the 24mm ultra-wide angle lens with Aperture 1: 2.0, the manual controls (like my 60D usual) and the option to include in RAW.

Very advantageous is the touch screen that lets you set the focus on any point and then the same cause. The video function convinced. The thick ring around the lens can be individually assigned functions, eg for the rapid adjustment of the ISO range up to 12,800. In my opinion, there is in the price range below 300 little alternatives to these benefits (RAW, manual adjustment, 24mm WW, 5x Zoom, Aperture 2.0, super compact etc.).

Oh yes, and great pictures, the camera is also, incidentally, also in the automatic function!
