I never used device as Android stable and I got a package, including the Nexus range. It's very fluid, it does not crash, the life of the battery is very correct, the load is surprisingly fast. The tablet itself is very well finished, the hardware is not the very best (S600 disguised as S4 Pro) but remains excellent.
Ergonomics is at the height of what is expected of a 7-inch tablet. The generous enough sides provide a comfortable position of thumbs in landscape format, perfect for viewing a serial episode in bed
The screen ... What if it deserves all the praise about him and even more. Incredible brightness, accurate color, perfect clarity of text.
And the icing on the cake: android "stock", designed by Google, without any additions or graphics manufacturers change, which remains by far the most aesthetic, most fluid for my taste. As a bonus since it's a Nexus, all the latest android versions are available right out automatic upd. So the Nexus 7 will receive Android 4.4 "Kit Kat" in a few days with a facelift Google applications and GUI among other additions that are expected impatiently Google reveals us more.
Points to watch: it is a 7 inch tablet, what is gained in ergonomics and portability is lost in screen size and lifetime of the battery, for you to see what you are looking for. Furthermore there is no micro-SD slot like on all devices in the Nexus range, which may put some people off. So I can only advise you the 32GB version that costs a bit more expensive than the 16GB version unless you're the type to not store a lot of content on your tablet.
