For about 6 years, we use a bread machine (by Unold) and bake for about two loaves a week. I have tried many different cake mixes by many manufacturers. In my opinion, no manufacturer can compete with the baking mixes from Aurora. The bread is not as "chefs" such as exaggerated to (and then up in the midst of an ugly sunken dent that is not crunchy) and is therefore not later than two days later, bone dry and not edible, but has the consistency of bread from bakers. It is evenly shaped, everywhere nice and crispy and tasted even after three days still properly.
This juicy grain bread is my absolute favorite blend. I still give added a good amount of sunflower seeds or sometimes millet, flaxseed or pumpkin seeds. Very good it tastes with whole hazelnuts. We made the bread sometimes even instead of water with tomato or carrot juice. The result is delicious, but of course all the bread will cost much more.
Allen, who like to eat a juicy wholemeal bread, I can only recommend this cake mix!
