The first book to have me "ACT"

Having been invited to review this book, my initial reaction was a reaction skepticism about the theory and the method used, because of inconclusive results in the past for me. I nevertheless been convinced to try the experience again, and men rejoice. For the first time, indeed, I see and feel a positive impact exercises from the book on the way I think, to make decisions and implement them, saving valuable time for the benefit of my hobbies.

I therefore strongly recommends the book of Francesca Giulia Mereu to anyone looking to better manage their level of energy and better take charge !!!
