The PS3 console was ordered at the same defective delivery, about 2-3 minutes they went out with the message "overheating"
The service of Sony is a real disaster.
On the Sony Playstation-side I could not see any phone number, so I went to the regular side and called them. After a wizard to configure the hotline I got told after some time a new phone number. Why could not join me? Regardless, I therefore telephoned the number 0180x and pointed off the assembly line to another service number immediately after answering. And when I called the new 0180x number was again equal to a recorded message with the request in the future again to call another number. Which was canceled after the announcement call. Finally after the 4th telephone number (!!!) I was right, however, had to remain until I had a co-worker on the line, however, who told me I would have to wait 3-4 weeks to repair 23 Minutes in queue.
This whole idea has made me come to the following conclusion:
I WILL BUY AGAIN NEVER any product from SONY
What is paid to those customers that expensive before less than 2 years of money for the console and then be able to enjoy such a poor service?
You can tell at Sony and the consoles, especially with the current one is just stupid pay cattle. Well .... I have drawn my conclusions.
