Unpacking: the tap is heavy, very heavy! 3,450kg. The old faucet weighed 2,290kg for info.
It comes with spacers S to fit non-standard center distances (150mm)
Aesthetic ETTLEMENT collars are included to hide the mounting nuts to the water inlet hoses.
Warning! These nuts are not but are brass chrome appearance and should be hidden.
Warning! The flanges which are supposed to hide are very large: 70mm diameter and 34mm length. In my case (mounting on arrivals inverted L emerging from the bath, I have to adapt a bit because the collar is too thick to be installed without disturbing the tightening: it gets stuck on the inverted "L" ...
Additionally the weight, the appearance is very qualitative, except that the levers are made of plastic and metal in contrast with the body during the touch. Certainly it is a quality plastic with a perfect finish, but we feel the difference.
First observation in use: it is very fast to bring hot water and react. The thermostatic cartridge is really very effective. Result: hot water arrives faster and saves water that will not sink for nothing ... My old faucet had to bring in a little cold water together with hot water until the last arrives at the tap.
Second observation: the flow is good. The lever on the right is output selector Office (bath or shower) and throughput. Contrary to some comments, the flow both in fashion bath shower that fashion is good. It depends on your diameter plumbing and of course pressure. In my case, the shower is usable in "eco", ie without pressing the release button full shower flow.
Third observation: the thick faucet body does not get hot on the left (hot water inlet) in contrast to the majority of thermostatic valves.
Note aesthetic: the cascade of bath out well off comes out and joined in my case about 23cm lower, forming a "Y".
Overall I am satisfied with this faucet both beautiful and effective, allowing me to save each shower / bath a little water with its responsiveness.
