My ordered Samsung HDDs arrived relatively quickly and were unpacked again returns. Unfortunately, and for the first time at delivery of HD's on both Amazon arrived without the stated in the product description Manufacturer Warranty 3 years. The Warranty Checker on the Samsung website showed for both the Code 103 (The product has been Brought in from outside of this service area and can not be serviced. Please contact your reseller or distributor.) In an emergency, it is then dependent on the cooperation of the seller to handle warranty claims. While this may now be standard practice in commercial hard disk, but in my view, unacceptable for the end customer.
