before buying, I had already posted a review because I wanted to learn something about the quality of the milk foam. Well I bought the Lattissima + yet, and since about 3 weeks in use. I'm a little disappointed with the milk froth. The Aeroccino my Citiz & Milk has done much better milk froth, much denser and stronger. Maybe that's why the puffed air through the milk froth Lattissima + drops, he is thin and realtiv verdünnisiert also so as soon as you want to or stir spoon it.
On the other hand, it is still more convenient and I moan perhaps at a high level.
But what totally annoys me is dripping from both the coffee outlet and from the milk nozzle. For me it always drips gradually cleaning the grooves is absolutely annoying. In the time I would have the Aeroccino my Citiz & Milk cleaned again. Thus saving time and again gone tie.
All in all, I am a bit disappointed and undecided as to whether I should keep the Lattissima +. If you have a Citiz & Milk and a transition considered I would not suggest if emphasis is placed on a really good top-line and abolut milk foam.

PS:
Supplement 05.01.2012
Following a tip from a comment to my review I have instead of a 1.5% used a 3.8% cold milk. The foam regulator I have this set to "Minimal foam", ie control on the first stroke. Then the milk is not such as to blow and there is a really good and solid milk foam, which does not need to fear comparison with the Aeroccino3.
And I must admit that the milk froth of Lattissima beautifully merges with the coffee and not as in Aeroccino3 where the solid milk froth "sitting" almost on the coffee.
So why now of me a strong buy recommendation. Although the drop is annoying and the grooves of the outlet must be cleaned badly, if you do not time the receptacle pushes forth, desing might be already beautiful, all that is no longer important if I enjoy my wonderful me coffee.
Why now rather than 3 of my 4 stars.
