With Star Wars - Imperial Assault (SWIA) gives a game that satisfies many many evenings with joy. You have to just be the guy to find, and it's good. Whether one is now the type so I can play a game with friends or a group hardly rate but you can find it well, I'll try to briefly say something.
I played previously Descent and still play with in our group, although I do not own it. Happy who I have been the the it has acquired initial but somehow it does not make sense for me to buy it. Now I have found something with SWIA on the market where I could get in and I am very happy;)
SWIA is a dungeon crawler and it's very similar to Descent 2.0 where you can say definitely that we are now here in version 2.1. Much has adapted useful and I very strongly feel that the makers have spent a lot of time in balancing so that hardly a mission can give the impression that someone is favored.
This makes the Kampangne exciting, also it is very thematically and never (provided you invest more money in extensions) equal.
Thematically you can vlt something miracles, then Darth Vader gets here an appearance, but the instructions etschädigt something and honestly, who does not want a Darth Vader when he buys a Star Wars game ...
What do you get?
On the one hand a well-balanced dungeon crawler with detailed rules which are sufficiently well understood but after 2-3 missions, so that one does not make very stupid mistakes more.
A very well-structured set of rules, which has almost no gaps.
And even 2 games.
The second game in the Box is a 1 on 1, which is like a trading card game with card, without which one collects directly but everything gets in the pits. The collection or deckbuilding fun generated by the extensions and even if they seem quite expensive, it is at least limited)
