The album is a compilation of AC / DC's 1.australischen album High Voltage ("Little Lover", "Shes Got Balls") and the 2.australischen album TNT (remaining 7 songs). This playful, almost childlike easy way to perfect boogie rock songs from the arm to shake with almost genial igniting sing along choruses, was fabulous. The album does not reach quite the level of subsequent hit albums Let There Be Rock (1977) and Highway to Hell (1979), but impresses with incredible Leitigkeit, this power in sound, these singers and the nöhligen whiskey-soaked Rocker voice by really great guitar solos of the time in Europe still unknown Angus Young. The opener "Its a Long Way to the Top" (5/5) is gkeichzeitig autobiographical, as well as just a great rock anthem. For me, the song would be in the live set to this day. "The melodic" Rocknroll Singer "(4/5) but is the not much to the slow bluesy" The Jack "(5/5) was a stroke of genius, just like the fat fuck girls" TNT "(5/5) and "High Voltage" (5/5). In between, yet the tension-filled "Live Wire" (5/5), the good-time rocker "Can I sit next to you Girl" (4/5), the cool gay moderate sung by a playful voice Bon Scott's "Little Lover" (4/5) and the mid-tempo anthem tits "Shes Got Balls" (4/5). A thoroughly successful Hard Rock Boogie album, the clever often ambiguous texts always with a wink - for those times downright innovative, what hardness, fun and musicality of a hard rock group ACDC concerns at that time were in great shape and had expected to continue a run of at least up to the Back in Black album (1980)..
