I'm a little disappointed by this CD. Indeed it is very good for relaxation, relaxation, pleasant music and voices, but not in terms of relaxation therapy as its title indicates. The fact-based exercises to let imagination carry in a place, situation or another, specific to the relaxation therapy, are absent here. While the title is rather misleading.
