And no, this is not a user error before: I know very well that when a steam iron should be placed on a low temperature level of permanent steam control to 0 and can be maximally used at a medium temperature level to level 1 - that is also described in detail in the instructions for use. Regardless of the setting of the temperature and the duration of the steam produced the iron a wet piece of laundry after another. And not only that, came together with the water and lots of white crumbs from the iron out. The fact that this well happen with a new device, I am aware, but not in this amount. Shot of steam also did not work, he carried only a larger amount of water daily.
So put the unit back into the store, where it easily umtauschte me. A Monday device can catch every time, so I was confident for the second copy. Here, however, I had been wrong: this time I was not even to try it, because right when you first turn the iron immediately went up in smoke. At first it seemed only by the customary initial outgassing, but then the smoke was getting stronger. It smelled in the whole house to charred cables and burnt plastic and also the smoke detectors have triggered. Such lack would have definitely noticed in the internal quality control and the device in question may not go into the trade, since MMN safety of the consumer is at risk.
After this experience, I have taken from this model distance and will try also no third device. This device is Tefal has definitely not covered themselves with glory with me. How it can achieve the test victory, I do not personally a mystery. I can only advise against the purchase.
