Now I have turned down at the Philips Support and this denies me the support with the following statement: Since it is a product of the professional sector, the dealer must here take over the support. I doubt, however, about whether the law is in order.
Here again a big warning: do not make better use of the product in professional use, because the flicker can disturb the attention belonging in important moments.
