3.9 stars on average - it gets even better ....

3.9 stars on average after about 15 x I now have heard the disc, so after mathematical favorable constellation results in the 4 stars (****). Why? I do not know all disks vs. did not currently have the opportunity all by drawing on the comparison with this, but compared to the first disk, this is not more than 3.9 / 4 stars worth. There is a lack in my view the clear rousing hits, now and then I have just the impression the choruses are arg simple and settled in the mainstream, all that is not on the first disc in my opinion the case.

The first disc is clearly worth 5 stars for me, in comparison, this high standard unfortunately do not last.

It hangs after repeated listening not so much with me, as I thought it vs. would have wished.

Lift me up: OK, I found first average at best, has become better after repeated listening, not so much because Rob H., but because of the chorus but remains sometime hang. But not outstanding. (4 St.)
Watch You Bleed: lower average (2 pc), only mainstream, a complete CD pen, I can not do anything with, sounds to me like that, as if I heard the song of another band a thousand times.
You: Something better is "You", but also for me not the firecrackers, the chant is initially good, the chorus nothing special, guitar solo and break, then again a simple "YOU". Boring. (3 stars)
Wrong Side of Heaven: Thought at first, total mainstream, but the first hit for me at the wheel, is better from time to time, the chorus is wonderful, the Clean vocals are a bit "too much" for me, but the song is somehow very intense, so 5 stars.
Burn MF: Begins hard with growls, previously on the disk of the heaviest song, the refrain is simple, but fits well with the rest of the song is the middle varied, drives correctly, the growls do the rest.. Really good, reminds me a little bit of the old Rage Against the Machine. Very good 4.5 stars
In Sin: The song, just the chorus takes a downright caught, very varied, 5 star
Anywhere but here: I do not know anything better than watch you bleed, at least the chorus, but I believe this change does 5FDP not good, but I do like to surprise on Vol.2. For me, a filler ..... 3 stars
Dot your Eyes: The Drift reminds me of Enter Sandman by Metallica. Only average, then the song takes on sinister, is intense (like System of a Down in part), at the end it does then the 4 star pending.

Mama Said Knock You Out: Finally a decent guitar opening, the drums move forward, but this Rapversion bored throughout, nothing outstanding, 3 stars
Diary of a Deadmen: Once heard, well, reminds me of Jesters Door of In Flames .... heard no idea the second time, title gets better and better, something has very special Gittarensolo is top, middle and end is then impulsive. Wonderful 5 stars

Overall, I find a repetition of songs with additional vocalists / singers refresh not so bad, but if that was very helpful in this case, I doubt it. I had the impression of some filler hangs and weakens the entire work but considerably.

Mathematically: 54/13 = 3.86 ie 4 stars, equivalent to the "gut feeling" even a little stronger, but the math does not lie, no more than my classification ......

I hope this vol. 2 then it will be a little more ...... I let myself be surprised.
