The umpteenth version very profitable, a book that aims to "everything" mean and thereby rolls over everything. The tone is pretentious as the author. Often declared as "human resources bible" (nothing else ...), the researchers believe it cruelly suffers an update that should actually treat current problems (eg talent management Generation Y? enterprise 2.0 and HR challenges etc ... etc ...). Nothing in this book is prospective. Instead of an actual book you will find here a summary of a traditional mapping approach unrelated to the challenges of tomorrow. I certainly do not recommend it to my students. At most those who know nothing and want to have a quick and superficial approach of the function or so nostalgic of HR ...
