First, I must say to my report that I have all the two parts run through completely (even several times FF13) and relate my opinion on the impressions during gameplay. In this case, particularly the part "13-2".
Basically, the game has improved in terms of RPG - you can customize your character throughout free. But it was changed too much. The most important features in comparison:

- The character
The game is played exclusively with two Charaktern. This marks a break with the previous da, da "accidental" meeting of various characters was crucial in this the. How I wish I had the developers watched in 13-1 as they brought together the threads and thus also good and a lot of emotional moments have arisen.
The characters in the 13-2 You can not adjust in terms of weapons and clothes individually also. Whereas there have been several ways in 13-1 manage the weapon upgrades, was the saving in 13-2, even though I personally enjoyed the improvements of weapons. In 13-2, there are only a few different weapons per person, which differ only in color. Basically, you have the choice between: maximum damage vs. medium Damage special ability (eg faster shock! time). And pick the takes less than 2 minutes.
The emotional side of the characters makes me somehow cold, whereas I had sometimes moved to tears the first part. It is true that in 13-2 again each of the two a "dark secret" - especially Noel, but such complexity it will never reach (?).

- The fights
This is also my most annoying point. I initially thought that this is a bug, but it's not. Every 10-15 seconds is a one fight down in open areas in the eye. Well - you can sometimes run away, but there is plenty creatures, which one lags immediately and without prejudice to the close of the characters and fight this "must". Whatever strength have the critters no matter what strength you yourself and not care whether you want to look at or maybe just time to investigate the environment in peace if you have overlooked any things. And that is a not insignificant point in 13-2. You have to look what namely often. Short sane I was ver-Cie'th-en town "Akademia" where you really and truly for several hours (you should do a little research will have) every 5-7 seconds must fight. Then you hang again for 1-2 minutes fixed, pressed three times "A" and may continue to run about 5 seconds in the environment before you again have to press three times "A" because one already critters ran into his arms. That this "feature" the season artificially protracted's no question. Without the struggles the game would probably be played out in 8 hours.
Much more complex way, the fights were not - as indeed, in exactly the same way as in the predecessor.
One thing I had almost forgotten - in place of a third character in the fight, you can use Monster. This saves a character development and emotional are not well. Practical.

- The Crystarium
Unlike its predecessor, you can now decide what role the character with as much points repeatedly evolved gradually. But somehow still has still no real effect on the fighting. And clearly, the whole is not. Basically each stage of Kristariums is a long string, which you can process and thereby divides his points on the respective capabilities. So you can indeed eventually more attacks - but tactical or difficult is the therefore also not.

- The Sound
The music is great and adapted to the respective situation. This is definitely a small development of its predecessor.

- The Graphic
The fact that the game is only stored on a game disc (the predecessor had three), the graphics are much worse and lower than the previous rendered (presumably to save space). I can see that very well on my HD TV. Textures are muddy upon closer examination and also the characters (even in the video sequences) have fallen very pixelated. From time to scenes from the predecessor are displayed (in the context of memory), which speaks for itself, if we compare the graphics.

- The Environment
It has much more freedom than in the 1st part. One must, for example, often times return in an environment because there are new items available. I find it a pity, however, that many cards have remained the same. If you have to visit the "Bresha ruins" in four different times, for example, and you can walk the trails by heart already, that's too bad, pulling the season artificially lengthened (especially with the forced re-fighting).

- Comments on the story
Lightning has disappeared and with Serah Noel to make in order to look for them. Since the end of the story you can actually already thinking, especially when one sees the prologue Lightning fighting the mighty Caius, because you can then even think who is the final boss. For me, the story was already over so almost back, because it is very hervorsehbar. In Part 1, we knew a long time not as the threads are brought together, and what is actually going on in Cocoon.

Overall, I'm a bit disappointed by the game - I would have especially better graphics and at least twice the size desired - and yes, I would have to have been quite willing times to change the CD. But as you cut corners and edges - to the extent, to the characters, the humor and the graphics. And they were absolutely great qualities, which I have just annoyed at 13-2 in 13-1.
