I bought this book, the year of its release, following numerous abuses by teachers of the public and I still serves to abuse at private college professors. I even help friends by providing evidence and section laws. this book is very well done. indeed the teacher (or teacher) have rights but also duties (they often seem forgotten by the way!) and I can already hear the critic child have rights and duties. my children are not disruptive children or other (they are even good students!) and suffer from worries created by children who has not properly then yes I recall the laws instits and teacher who forget them!
