A book that should be distributed free of charge before each election. This book is a compilation of tracks that, although cleared of undergrowth worth exploring until their extremities.
When we think of "bosses", we guess links occult companionship, places where decisions are made outside institutions.
For most overqualified and probably proud of it, our great "bosses" are especially skilled, well identified with trajectories (ENA Inspectorate of Finance, Business Banking) who help each other not by love but by pact. They feel and believe their peers who refer them a flattering image of themselves.
From there to make them méritocrates ... the road is long. Merit is to look elsewhere, perhaps among those who know how to give and serve and do not derive their wealth by stealing the property of the State or by depleting populations.
If all know, these brilliant "bosses" are pavaneraient least in the newspapers.
