Have the Dämpferset bought and am really enthusiastic. I use it as I Giese, a little water in my wok, and the Dämper pure place with the vegetables. The steam such as broccoli or carrots cooked by in a few minutes.
Mostly I garr the hard vegetables before so. Then I pour off the water and then prepare a stir-fry quickly.
