a divided opinion

Until page 200, I loved this novel: suspense and mystery were waiting for you. Both form and substance, I was filled. Unfortunately, page 200-284, the author has transformed the atmosphere of the story to explain all the events that preceded: a fantastic and disturbing universe, it is then passed to a burlesque. I found the unexpected humor of this game was especially confusing and spoiled everything.
If you like well-written fantasy novels and hold you spellbound from start to finish, rather prefer the Carpathian Castle Jules Verne!
