A fantasy novel and taking

If I still have not seen the movie so far, so my colleagues had told me that I had to read! I recognize that at the beginning of the novel, I had a little trouble placing it.
It is projected in the Ender universe without real explanations and we question a lot. But gradually we begin to get an idea of ​​increasingly precise operation of the company and personalities Ender and his brother and sister.

Lorsqu'Ender is sent to the School of War, everything takes effect, in particular the passages in italics transcribing conversations of army officers. All construction Ender, the challenges presented to it and the behavior of all these people are therefore a piece of the novel, and the best part in my opinion!

Loved follow its evolution, trembled before this inflicted on him, understanding what was expected of him. I liked wonder about the appropriateness of the different actions, wonder how could have happened if things had proceeded "normally" with the boy.

The last part of the novel requires finished reading for a retrospective review of what is happening. With hindsight, one can be pretty horrified and yet admire everything that was put in place and the risks involved.

The author's pen is sometimes a bit difficult to follow when launching into explanations some "technical", but apart from that, we are lulled into the trap and by history effortlessly. The reader is immersed effortlessly in this world and the author has managed a little crazy bet to make his novel accessible to a very large segment of readers!

One can extrapolate a lot of thoughts of such a novel (construction of personalities, manipulation, childhood influences and so on) and it's really exciting. I like this kind of novel that even once closed continues to live in the minds of readers, at one level or another.

I do not know if I want to see the movie (could it be as intense as the book?) But one thing is sure I will not continue the series: Volume 1 this was fantastic and I do not want to take the risk to be disappointed in his saga as the other. I stay on this excellent printing that does not really appeal to have continuity in my opinion.
