I do not expect to learn as much about motivation, my own and that of others and more with a simple reading and lots of examples and entertaining exercises. The first part reminded me of what I heard, Maslow, etc. then it was a real discovery. The second part is dedicated to neuroscience, how our brain is involved in our motives. The third part is a good summary of the contributions of positive psychology immediately applicable. The third part was that I was most committed to wonder substantive issues with the systems approach which actually has a role in the motivation to find meaning in his actions. This book is a good proposal personal journey while learning lots of new things. Thank you to the author.
