A feast !!!! 14

Sophie Jomain third book I read and I must say I love it !! After being caught by the story of Hannah in Leith and The stars of Noss Head (To read this saga really is a marvel !!). I could only throw myself on this new series Sophie Jomain. And I'm not disappointed !! A real page-turner! Unable to let go of this book, a simple story but certainly so well written!

So, first of all, we can say that this novel has absolutely NOTHING to do with the stars of Noss Head. Here we have a lot of humor, older and more mature hero. A little more explicit scenes ... A reading more adult then. But it's still okay, do not expect too risqué scenes on each page, and although the vocabulary used is a little raw, it is by no means vulgar!

In short, a whole different world ... Even if the supernatural were still keeps a beautiful place !!

The first story. It follows Felicity Atcock, a nice lady but sucker! When she did not say no, she gets embringuer by her friend and colleague Daphne to go to London. There she will meet Mr.-I-A-Long-Hair-And-I-Am Too-Nice-To-Be-True, a super sexy guy but not that! Felicity will immediately realize that it is actually a vampire !! Yes, yes you read a vampire! And she knows about vampire aunt is one (and more famous!). As it is not the last gourds, she knows to be wary vampires and wants nothing to do with him. But it is without counting on the bad luck to Féli !!! Because, we must admit, it attracts trouble ... Is this a family tare?

Then as Felicity says herself: "I used to say that in life, there are two kinds of people:. The good guys and bad guys Me for example, I am a kind of category suckers. (page 11) "So that's how this book begins, first sentence and I know I will spend some quality time with Féli !! It's the kind of humor that I love, all in subtlety! It was basically like reading Bridget Jones vampires country !! Quite a bit bed mixing and chick-lit! While remaining fresh and light !! I loved mythology supernatural beings! Vampires who bury their bare hands (and naked to boot) in the garden, angels are not, demons and semi-angels! This is purely a wonder! Exit the angels with their rosy cheeks and a body foolproof! Here one has the right to angels, beautiful to die for sure, but also very big on sex !!! I do not tell you which is which of course, up to you to guess! Our friend the cop Terrence grrrrrrrrrrrr !!! The one, I do well my four hour !!!

Only flaw of this book: IT'S TOO SHORT !!! Go 299 pages while I'll still wanted to know more whether on Féli, Terrence, Stan and Tony !!! Highly Volume 2 nondidju !!!!

Oh and a note on cover I find really amazing !!

A fresh and light reading, halfway between chick and bit-lit and has no way to be ashamed in the face of US series such known and recognized Queen Betsy or Sarah Dearly! I can only advise to read a book from this talented author who goes beyond the usual in gently mocking myths vamps and angels! In short reading that made me smile from beginning to end! Of course you have to like that kind of humor, I am a fan!
