A book that helped me to better perceive what meditation. And especially who comforted me by making me understand that already, unknowingly, I practiced meditation exercises or at least get closer. A bit like Mr Jourdain, who spoke prose by ignoring it. This is a generous book that the author offers us. It almost reads in one, as it is based on evidence and takes us by the hand to guide us and better naming what we already feel deep inside ourselves. Read and reread.
