Gameplay:
The gameplay has not changed much in all parts Doom, it was all just tailored only to the controller of the PS3, which also goes well out of hand I think. All parts can be play smoothly. Just Doom 1 and 2 are on the PS3 even better than playing time on the keyboard of the PC. Among the rumors that the Doom parts should be cut, I can only say it is not true. It flows in all parts of the same amount of blood as the uncensored PC versions. Only the Wolfenstein Level lacking in Doom 2, but that does not have to be.
Story:
Well, the story never falls in a FPS particularly significant. But it is still well told and by the Audiologs understands everything well what was going on. What's Doom also makes easy the creepiness. This can except Dead Space none hold a candle, the new games do not. The players can not let go.
Graphics:
Of course, the graphics are not the latest since the Games from 1993 to 2004 are. Each of the here less than 3 star gave at stake because of the graphics has even something of no idea of Doom. That can really only be the small children play it for the first time and only or something have Call of Duty in the head. I think nevertheless that the Doom parts are all implemented well in HD and look clearer than on the PC at the time. Even me no stuttering are not yet noticed in the movements, only now and then hangs the game with me for 1 second at room change, but that's not so tragic.
Sound:
The sound of the weapons in Doom 3 and the two addons has improved, unlike the PC version. Everything sounds no longer so bright and tinny at, but realistic. In Doom 1 and 2 everything has remained so.
All in all, each of the Doom fan is and wants to shorten the waiting time on Doom 4, the BFG Edition down safely. The 39 are for the edition definitely okay I think, considering what contents are all included. If you would put everything separately, you would be back at the price, just so we all have together on a DVD and even on console.
