This mead to traditional hearty dishes such as venison or Badische Flammenkuchen fits beautifully. Nothing to shut spill but to enjoy. The vanilla gives the whole a tasty note, but some probably still be too sweet. Who does not bother, you should treat yourself these fine wines.
