I found this really good book because it combines several thinkers and explains with great clarity that are destructive emotions and how to counter it. Philosophers, spiritual leaders including the Dalai Lama, scientific psychologists of a high level are invited to debate on this and reflect on how education with positive emotions could change the world and in particular to achieve more serenity. Mental illness is also addressed, but in a very gentle way and with this look that I find clear and fair. He is not treating the other crazy, but to learn ourselves and others to manage our afflictive emotions and find antidotes including Buddhist wisdom.
