A high quality book

This book is for now the most interesting work on the Community Management that I could find so far. Yet I read others. For a first serious approach to this business, I advise to consult specialists and collaborative sites that have experienced community manager of speech, including the blog moderator and mycommunitymanagement.fr. But also to get this book, which has the power to overcome the conventional approach of talking and little community management often found on public websites.
3 The authors also try to show concretely how to use in reality the main community tools (facebook, twitter, blog, video platform, platform including pictures). I accompanied this reading taken many notes which undoubtedly will help me manage new situations when I am in office.
