A knife, out of this world

At Christmas 2012, I was very upset about an old knife that eventually broken in the trash can landed and I had a reason this insanely expensive knife to buy. So much in advance, I have no regrets from one second to today.

The knife is a dream is, well balanced in the hand, one cuts the food and not squeezed it. The part is so spicy downright exorbitant.
Example. Take a tomato, proceed with tomato and knife to her sink, hold the knife with the sharp side up into the sink and then leave with the other hand from about 30 - 40 cm height fall, the tomato on the cutting edge. ZAPP there are then 2 parts in the sink, ultimately a gimmick, but I hope transparency enough to understand my joy at the knife.
In daily use, a pleasure with the knife elaborate.

PS: the infamous underarm hair-abrasier test I have not done, because I simply was afraid that I would cut off the inevitably occurring skin fold there.
