But it just does not come close to their debut "Signs of Life". For me a bit that has been lost, what the poet with her "Signs of Life" have hinbekommen playfully: In each of her songs to put incredible passion and to let them speak the pure music. Mir is the Ablum to overproduce. Too often, the songs, the songs try to gestallten epic by contrived acting keyboard arrangements. But they're not for me. Because they sound after personal statements, emotions, expressions of emotion and empathy in human thought and action, which has no monumentality.
Songs like "All the way 4 U" are great pieces in their core, seem to me but not quite thought through and made larger with effects, as they are and should be.
Special highlights are definitely "Carnival of Rust" and "Maybe tomorrow is a better day". My personal favorite, however, is "Dawn", because he manages to produce with not much great atmosphere.
Conclusion: great record and strong buy recommendation, but the poet better.
