Le Passage (Paperback)

Customer Review

This book is simply magnificent.
The characters have a skin-deep humanity and their fates intertwined in time strengthen the bonds that are forged.
In the first part, there appears to be a spy novel mélé drama and science fiction.
An initial sharp fall and finds himself propelled into a future with middle âgeuses gaits whose narration has, admittedly, a little bit long at first, with lots of characters whose links are initially tedious to remember.

The action then goes again with the search for origins of Amy, teenager centennial this land teeming bloodthirsty mutants.
The mysterious Amy; who is she?!
The central character of this beautiful story, one through whom all things (independent of his will) and started to serve as a "messiah"!

The crossing of this post-apocalyptic America in ruins is rich details and the vicissitudes of the group, which is made and unmade, to better meet are captivating.

Initially, I retouve with this book in hand in a shop and sight of 969 pages I was hesitant to buy it, saying that it might be long and tedious and therefore disappointing.
I must admit that I took the right decision and I can not recommend this book to lovers of slightly futuristic novels, the inninterrompue action describing devastated landscapes but which nevertheless remains an ounce of humanity.
