A masterpiece missed!

The overall concept of this trolley is optimal for a gardening enthusiast.
Pivoting front axle; Tipper; inflatable tires; 4 wheels (prevents uplift forces that we know even a wheelbarrow with two wheels!)
But as usual (with the made in china) implementation and materials are not waiting for you !!
Our Asian friends do not have to know the nuts and bolts modern! associate "nylstop" screw (self-locking) with a slotted screw is a real aberration !! hello ease of assembly !! to believe that the goal is to em *** the Western! Hex head screws would have been welcome!
I invite the importer to assemble in one story to utter the same oaths necessarily my neighborhood has heard !!
Also claim that the usable maximum load of 300 kg! is pure nonsense! Given the quality of materials and sizing of these, it would be dangerous for the user to want to move such a mass. I know whereof I speak because I have spent part of my professional life to establish notebooks loaded with material rupture stress calculations to support functions etc ..
For me the maximum permissible mass for the safe carriage should not exceed 100 kg !!
Knowing more than the tray is in PVC .. tires by cons I do not know what material they are made (I prefer the rest do not know ..) but they give off an unbearable smell for days !! absolutely to store outside!
Too bad the idea was excellent! This trolley is worth the price paid !! but no more ....
