In a small format are hiding a lot of information that does not brush against you when you are at the supermarket trying to decide between the spray thing with wildflowers or the trick atmosphere freshener pschitte that when you pass.

After reading it, one solution: the leak. Do not buy these products (and many more that will be presented in this book, such as incense sticks innocent would not do that much) and turn to more natural solutions.

True, the author probably has links with a company selling products based on essential oils, it does not escape you the recommendations readings scattered here and there. But so far, these are revelations that one can easily verify.

I literally devoured this guide though it was the first of its kind that I procured. Even if you do not apply the advice given, I recommend it for information, especially as its price and its size are very minimal ;-)
