I enjoyed this book for explanations that are given about the ingredients used in each recipe and more by that it is nice with great photos. A book divided into four parts with vegetable recipes, marine, meat and desserts in which it uses healthy ingredients to give small lights in the final dishes. I do not regret my purchase because it seemed a bit pricey though. Its velvety dessert in oat milk, date and hazelnut cream really makes us melt with pleasure ...
