It gives good practical advise on what makes people feel comfortable with you and what behavior motivates people in most cases. The book is therefore somewhat dated in the factthat present business and social standards have changed since this book Dramatically Was Written. In a pure human world this book has a place, but in today's rough and tumble fast paced changing world this book would guide you into a Gomer Pyle reality.
