I have just read this book just received: acrocheuse after introduction, this program is available in a session of 15 minutes a day, 6 days out of 7, for a month (with possible variations). The book is actually built as a school textbook that would be very successful, the annotated sketches avoid any misunderstanding about the movements, various tips accompany each page ... It made me look perfect for a startup solo home I'll start !!!
