A program with unfortunately some flaws

As PaintShopPro user since version 4.xx I must once again find that there are interesting new features constantly. Partially also quite useful and functional great effects. Unfortunately, the whole package is still stubborn, partially known functions are incomprehensibly complicated totally unnecessary. The integration into the system is becoming increasingly difficult and many systems it runs very slow and sluggish. But since there is no real alternative in this price segment, and I'll probably use in the next version yet.
