After the first night I noticed a difference when you wake up: The neck is not tightened as usual, to get easier "out of bed" and can much better start to the day.
Some advice for those interested: The pillow comes with a reference, which can be opened with zipper; including three foam layers hide. I recommend (either the middle or the bottom) to remove due to the height of the layers.
Because of the smell, which is described by other customers: You can tell already. But if you take a big respect, it smells like the 3rd night nothing more! (And before that even slightly).
