A classic of the XVI c., A book that is often studied in high school. This is not my case. If I chose to read it and share with you my view thanks to a performance of this play I saw it a few weeks ago. So "beautiful", so captivating, undecorated but with talented actors, it made me want to open this reviled classic.
Despite the negative opinion of some of my knowledge, I eagerly dive into this room. I have not been disappointed.
With some research on the internet and in the encyclopedias, I could "prepare" the ground. Thus, by reading this work, I could enjoy the story oh so moving between Don Rodrigue et Chimene and charm that we communicate in writing to (more precisely Alexandrian) Cornelius and the use of old French .
Also, I liked this piece because, for once, we can say that the story ends well! ah ... [I like the "happy ending"]
So I have an advice for you: run to buy it!
