Honestly, I've never been a huge fan of the Cinderella story it is Charles Perrault, the Brothers Grimm or even Disney. So it was not won when I started to attack me in this book. And yet, I finished it and liked it. So it's true, he does not have that little thing that I'll read it regularly but I still decided not only to keep but to read its sequel. You still have to clarify that if Macie uses the same subterfuge to achieve her "Prince Charming" (which in the beginning is his worst enemy) by changing his appearance to appear in the best light, the reasons are much less noble. Moreover, there are one or two scenes of rather risqué sex that make the novel is firmly written by a woman of the 21st century. Well, it is not pornographic scenes but if you want to keep a fairly romantic image of the story you may be disappointed.
