Shortly after Christmas I ordered me this product at this supplier. On New Year's Eve, I tried it as per the prescribed initial setup and was initially very enthusiastic. On 4.1. it failed the second attempt then use for no apparent reason the service completely. So I turned via email to the customer service in order to switch and will received in an acceptable time frame an answer. Here I was, however, held SWITCHING prompted to test the battery in order to subsequently obtain a remote diagnosis. The battery is defective, can I get a new one. This came in a timely manner. However, the battery exchange brought the evaporator not return to work. Frustrated, I sent therefore back the whole product, since I had no further interest in testing and subsequent partial exchange more. Since then I have not heard from the seller, no confirmation of receipt, no refund, no exchange ..... nothing. With a 5-day-old product, I simply expect a complete replacement and not imposed by the provider tests and handicrafts. The second star there is only for the functioning of New Year's Eve. I can therefore recommend unfortunately neither the product nor the seller.
