Moonspell perform on a musical tightrope Extinct, which do not necessarily want to join perhaps older fans of the band and will. The band relies on very catchy melodies and fabricated on Extinct thus hits the assembly line. Rarely have I on a Moonspell heard so many catchy melodies and choruses. Occasionally, factors such as the Sister of Mercy, Paradise Lost or Type O Negative very clearly to light. This is meant positively, because the album ignites from the first second!
Also, the band dares to experiment a little, so there are different songs over and over again a few oriental sounds or even to hear strings! Moonspell understand it not to drown in the trash, as do other Gothic bands like affinity, which is also the fact that Moonspell careful not to lose a fundamental hardness in her songs
As Anspieltipps for Extinct I would like to mention the following titles:
Breathe (Until We Are No More), here comes the audience the new band's sound in all the details to your ear.
A Dying Breed, begins with a playful classical intro and quickly takes ride on. Fernando Ribeiro sings here, based on this album, sometimes very aggressively.
Funeral Bloom is super catchy and has the makings of a hit!
