I admit I first bought this book to support author that I liked the previous book "France: A Clockwork Orange", anticipating the ostracism which it would be subject to the media, the main instrument of Big Brother. But from reading the first few pages, I was as blown away by this torrent of revolt that swells from page to page, a barrage of fiery words and sharp sentences, most of the time, fall desperately righteous. The purchase already showed that we were aware of the existence of this anonymous monster that eats out the brain and destroys our capacity to respond. But gradually as the closing arguments, presented in a not very heavy and subtle form, unfolds, we feel deep in us this choking up we experience every day: this permanent denial, this will comminatory make us think "right" and avoid "slippage" that mixture of carrot and stick are the classic instruments of training of animals that the system wants us to be transforming us into "servants of the empire well "... But at the same time as smothering, also goes up, parallel to that contained the author, revolt against this situation that we face. When falls the last word, the last message transmitted by Godel: "Stop being crowd and be a man," we know that Laurent Obertone perfectly served its purpose because we have no other choice than revolt. Needless to say that behind this indictment without appeal hides a REAL writer with a clear but strong writing. Obertone Congratulations!
