the first "pan", which I like to sink after using hand! No matter whether meat is seared and braised vegetables, this casserole is awesome. After about one minute, firing up it has reached its temperature, then enter minimal fat (can be done without) and sizzle. Nothing stuck, bake at nothing, even if a call comes in between times. Thanks to the high margin larger joints of meat or mixed dishes can be prepared easily. I love this part, wanted ....;)
