Simple recipes and very easy to perform. I tested more than twenty recipes from this book and I all successful. I also had a lot of compliments from my guests. Jamie Oliver, who is however not Italian, revisits some classic Italian cuisine and regional recipes reveals less known which prove to be very good taste surprises such as spaghetti alla trapanese or frittata di gamberetti. The only small criticism I can make is that it is not always easy to find in France some Italian products to achieve revenue in optimal conditions.
