This selection of different varieties I have for the first time in the salt mines of Es Trenc in the small shop by Katja Wöhrl bought. It was the beginning of a completely different perception of salt. Although I already knew a lot of varieties of Fleur de Sel from France, they are exceeded by worlds of Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc. I use these salts like harmful in the final taste of the dishes. A small breeze lifts the flavor to new heights. I'm absolutely thrilled.
